that was good.

well if that was what you produced while you were learning flash then I'm really looking forward to the rest of the serious. The art was nice and had good animation. The sound was decent, though sometimes I couldn't understand what was being said. Perhaps you could add subtitles, it would be appreciated =)
my only little minor complaint was that this didn't actually have anything vaguely rocky horror based, though as it is episode one that didn't bother me a whole lot. I just hope that there are more rocky horror based references in the rest of the series.

anyways looking forward to seeing the rest of the episodes. Keep up the good work.

wow!

that was frigging hilarious!!!!!
very well done! Everything was put together great, and I loved the message in the first scene. Damn that you some funny stuff.

keep up the excellent work!

Thanks a lot.

ahahahahaaaa

that was bloody hilarious!!!!
art is one thing you can improve by pratice, but humour is something you either have or don't have. And you my friend, have it!

keep at it, and don't let the fact that things don't work out exactly as you planned be a discouragement.

hrm......hard to review this

this isn't easy to review, as there's not a whole lot there to talk about. I can see potential in it, but there are a few things that you could try that I think may make it better. First and fore most is the characters. I don't actually know what they look like of anything, but I can tell by the fact that they have hands that don't have arms, and simple circles for hands that its going to be somekind of "madness" based character designs. Please, the madness thing has been done to death. While madness was good for what it was, the thousands upon thousands of clones it has spawned usually aren't good. I'm not saying don't use it, but is you are going to use it make sure that you put a good amount of detail into the characters. From the hands, it doesn't look like you have (but as I haven't actually seen the characters themselves I'm basing what I'm saying on what I saw). Your backgrounds looked good, really good, so I'm guessing that you do have artistic capability.

well I guess what I'm saying is try and make sure that you character detail is at the same level that your backgrounds are.

lastly, animations with a strong storyline are way better than those without one. If you develop a great storyline then your animation will be much better for it.

good luck with your movie, I'll be waiting to see the finished product!

Vood00 responds:

The movie has been planned out, the characters will have as much detail if more then the guns do. Im going to try to improve alot visually then from my first movie. I was going for a madness-oriented style of animation simply becuase I dont want to spend the time to draw all of the figures for every counterstrike model in all the positions needed for a movie. Itll be done hopefully before the end of christmas break... Thanks for the feedback.

not to bad

yeah, that wasn't to bad. The artwork wasn't that great and there's a lot of room for improvement. But what I did really like, and was kinda surprised by, was you sense of direction! Some of the camera angles you used were great. Art is something that improves overtime, it just takes practise, but good camera direction is something thats harder to learn. So you're already a step up on a lot of people here.

keep up the good work, practise practise practise is what I always say. You've got potential and I'm hoping to see some great stuff out of you in the future =)

liquorish responds:

Hey this comment is greatly appriciated. Thanks alot, I do hope to make more flash and improve heaps, the holidays are coming up, i shall try then.

that was good.

well yeah, it was a bit short, but I did think the correography of the fighting was pretty well done.
all in all it was well done!
oh and yeah, I love you message about learning to draw before trying to produce a flash cartoon =) I feel the same way. Its like I don't get why people submit the first flash thing they ever create here. I'm not saying don't make stuff, just learn some drawing technique and how to use flash before you go submitting total crap here.

Digit86 responds:

thanks for the comment. i agree, i havnt submitted anything for almost three years because i wanted to learn how to animate. my next piece should be out shortly, take it easy.

very disturbing and spooky. You style and graphics captured spookiness and disturbingness perfectly. Great work!!!
I rushing on to watch the second part now.

excellent!

wow, this was cool!
you used the perfect song to sum up the sad emotion of your movie. To me it seemed to be about sadness and giving up on life. Not sure if thats what was the theme, but thats what it was to me =)
I'm just going through and watching all the situation 0 movies now.

keep up the good work!

Trippy-Hippie responds:

lol thanks. i would submit #1 for you, but i need to improve it. im glad you liked it and want to see that others. most of my movies get thrown away after a day and are storred where noone finds them.
